The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 610.6 and a 52-week low of Rs 251.6 .
The Tata Group firm said its committee of directors has approved allotment of non convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 510 crore on private placement basis.
For the quarter ended 31-12-2019, the company reported a Consolidated sales of Rs 34774.29 Crore, up 2.42 % from last quarter Sales of Rs 33953.75 Crore and down -14.05 % from last year same quarter Sales of Rs 40457.11 Crore. The Company reported net profit after tax of Rs -1249.01 Crore in latest quarter.
Tata Steel Ltd. key Products/Revenue Segments include Steel & Steel Products which contributed Rs 67213.85 Crore to Sales Value (95.18 % of Total Sales), Power which contributed Rs 1709.51 Crore to Sales Value (2.42 % of Total Sales) and Other Operating Revenue which contributed Rs 1687.56 Crore to Sales Value (2.38 % of Total Sales)for the year ending 31-Mar-2019.
Promoters held 34.41154 per cent stake in the company as of quarter ended 31st Dec 2019 .
It quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 5.93 and price to book value of 0.46 .
